Job Training at RMH

Job training at Rohrwerk Maxhütte GmbH has a long tradition. Industrial training is already being offered since 1936 in the parent company of Rohrwerk Maxhütte, the Eisenwerk-Gesellschaft Maximilianshütte. In 2001, Rohrwerk Maxhütte started its own industrial training program „Made in Rohrwerk Maxhütte“. Since the implementation of this program, more than 70 trainees of different fields were successfully trained in our technical and administrative divisions. Up until today we were able to offer almost all of our trainees, who have successfully finished their training, a position in our company. Among the trainees we have employed so far industrial mechanics, electricians, materials testers, cutting machine operators as well as machine operators, industrial management assistants, management assistants in freight forwarding and one management assistant in European trade.

Job training at Rohrwerk Maxhütte is also fun – not only at the workplace!
Our trainees are enthusiastically taking part in excursions and other leisure time activities, for example trips to visit other companies in the steel industry, a climbing crag or the leisure park Europapark Rust
